Mr. Leo McNeil
Title(s): Upper School Teacher
Mr. Leo McNeil is a Montgomery County native and educator. Mr. McNeil graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Social Work, with a focus on child studies, and went on to pursue graduate studies in social work at West Chester University and microbiology at Southern New Hampshire University. He completed his Master of Education in Data Analytics in 2026.
Since 2019, he has taught biology, physical science, and chemistry to students in grades 5–11 throughout the Philadelphia and South Jersey regions.
Passionate about inquiry-based, hands-on science education, Mr. McNeil encourages students to evaluate evidence, ask meaningful questions, and connect science to real-world challenges. Outside the classroom, he enjoys spending time in nature with his family and composing electronic music.
